I, Buyer, do hereby agree to buy the above mentioned Canine, and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

The Canine listed above appears to be in good health at the time of the sale.

Payment will be held for 72 hours, beginning at the time the puppy is received into your care, to allow time for you to take your new puppy to a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) for a health examination, at your expense. If within those 72 hours should your DVM find the puppy to be a poor health risk, or detect any physical health problems that would require further veterinarian care (excluding required vaccinations and deworming) you must notify the seller about results within 24 hours. A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giardia, parasites, kennel cough or any other type of bacterial infection is not covered by the health guarantee, as these are common treatable conditions in puppies and dogs. If within those 72 hours the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, the buyer may return the puppy for a replacement puppy (with equal or lesser value; with the same coat, color, and gender) as soon as one comes available. Report MUST include DVM's contact information and list reason for return.

Third party sales make this contract null and void as does evidence of abuse, neglect, or accident. Seller will not be responsible for injury or accident to puppy, or cost for repair, once he/she leaves our care. In addition, we make no guarantee on eye/coat color, ear set, size, working ability, or reproduction of puppy. Furthermore, puppies WILL require medical attention at some point during their lifetime. DO NOT make this purchase if you are not prepared to pay vet expenses as all vet expenses will be buyer responsibility from this point forward. DO NOT make this purchase if you believe this puppy is not in good health at the time of sale. Buyer should be aware that vaccinated puppies are still susceptible to contagious disease though every effort has been made to prevent this unfortunate occurrence. No other guarantees expressed or implied. This contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri. In the event of any dispute, it is agreed the place of venue shall be Barton County, Missouri.

Buyer is responsible for continuing puppy vaccinations and de-worming schedule provided by breeder at time of sale, flea and tick control, adequate quality nutrition, fresh cool drinking water, a warm dry place to sleep, a fenced area for regular exercise, and bathroom needs and lots of love.
